I provide assistance and legal consulting to companies in the management of international mobility for their employees and collaborators, including foreign assignments, the hiring of foreign personnel in Italy, and international business trips.

I always work in collaboration with local consultants to manage the immigration and administrative aspects of the destination country.

I offer tailor-made legal assistance in the negotiation, drafting, and execution of commercial contracts, both national and international, taking into account tax, labor, and corporate aspects.

I have established long-standing collaborations with foreign partners to ensure effective and timely legal consulting whenever the support of an expert in foreign law is required.

With the support of a network of highly qualified professionals, I provide legal and strategic consulting for investing, starting, and developing business activities in the United States, as well as for facilitating the entry of U.S. companies into the Italian market.

I also offer assistance in real estate transactions, working with a team specialized in the sector.

I am listed in the List of Attorneys for the Consular District of Florence at the U.S. Embassy.

I provide legal consulting on the liability of healthcare professionals, authorizations and accreditations, employment regulations in the healthcare sector, and contractual matters specific to medical institutions.
